Do I need a credit or debit card to start the free trial?
No. Sign up with your mobile number and use LionPOS free for 30 days. You only choose a plan if you want to keep going.
What happens when the internet goes down?
The Windows, Mac, Android and iPhone apps keep billing offline. Sales are saved on the device and sync as soon as you are back online.
Which printers work with LionPOS?
Most 58 mm and 80 mm thermal receipt printers that use ESC/POS, over USB, Bluetooth or network. A4 printers work for tax invoices.
Can I print bills in Sinhala or Tamil?
Yes. LionPOS prints the bill as an image, so Sinhala and Tamil text comes out correctly even on printers without those fonts.
How do I pay after the trial?
Pay monthly or yearly by card with automatic renewal, or by bank transfer or LankaQR. Yearly plans get two months free.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your account becomes read-only for 7 days, then locks. We keep your data for 90 days so you can come back where you left off.
